A woman in Masindi who has been on the police radar for child theft has admitted to the crime. Sarah Karungi disappeared in January with three children. Six-year-old Evelyn Katusabe, four-year-old Pius Twesigye and two-year-old Beatrice Akugizibwe were taken from their home in Kikuube village.
