Chief Superintendent Miguel T. Laurel, Eastern Police District (EPD) director, identified the suspects as Urmas Saask, alias "Veikoo Soori," 36, married, a businessman; and Lilian Docot, alias "Aumi Cha," 29, also married and self-employed. Both of them are residents of Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan City.
